Welcome to Breathb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Breathb website, services, and AI companion (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Breathb is an AI-powered digital companion designed for personal reflection, journaling, and self-exploration. The Service uses artificial intelligence to engage in conversational interactions. You acknowledge that the Service is provided by an automated system, and there are no human operators interacting with you through the platform.

Breathb is not a licensed medical, mental health, or healthcare provider. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Service is intended for personal self-help and reflection only. It is not designed to provide any form of medical or therapeutic care. Do not use the Service for clinical purposes or as a replacement for a relationship with a doctor, psychologist, or other healthcare professional. Any information or guidance provided by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
