Notice the patterns behind how you feel.

Breathb’s optional check-ins take less than a minute. Over time they build a quiet map of your days — which moments feel heavy, which feel lighter, and what tends to help.

Why track your mood at all?

Feelings are easy to forget once they pass. A bad Tuesday blurs into “a bad week”, and the small things that actually helped — a walk, an early night, a hard conversation finally had — get lost.

A simple record of how you felt, written in your own words, makes those patterns visible. It is a form of journaling that takes seconds instead of pages.

How check-ins work in Breathb

  • Pick how you are feeling and, if you want, add a sentence about why.
  • Breathb can turn a conversation into a short reflection you can look back on.
  • See your mood over time and notice what tends to come before better days.
  • Skip any day — there are no streaks to break and no guilt.

Reflections, not scores

Breathb does not grade you, label you or diagnose anything. Mood tracking is a mirror for your own self-awareness. If you notice that low moods are lasting a long time or getting in the way of daily life, that is a good moment to talk to a doctor or a licensed professional.
