For work stress & burnout

When work follows you home, give it somewhere to go.

The inbox that never empties. The meeting you keep replaying. The Sunday-evening dread. Breathb is a private place to unload work pressure, breathe, and think clearly about what to do next — without bringing it to your team or your family dinner.

Signs work stress is building up

Work stress rarely arrives all at once. It builds quietly, until it shows up somewhere else in your life.

  • You cannot switch off in the evening or on weekends.
  • Small tasks feel heavier than they used to.
  • You feel detached, cynical or flat about work you once cared about.
  • You replay conversations with your manager or colleagues long after they end.
  • Sleep, patience or energy are slipping.

How Breathb helps after a hard day

  • Vent privately — say the things you cannot say at work.
  • Untangle the pressure — separate what is urgent, what is yours to carry, and what is not.
  • Rehearse a difficult conversation before you have it.
  • Take a 30-second guided breathing pause between meetings.
  • Notice patterns with mood tracking — which days drain you, and what helps.

Small boundaries that protect your energy

Write down tomorrow’s first task before you log off, so your brain does not have to hold it overnight. Create a short “end of work” ritual — a walk, a change of clothes, a few slow breaths. And notice when you are overthinking a work situation rather than planning for it.

When it is more than a bad week

If exhaustion, low mood or dread last for weeks, or start affecting your health, please talk to a doctor or a licensed professional. Many employers also offer a confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Breathb is a complement to that support, not a replacement.

For employers
